Any blunt object including skateboards that can be used in a lethal manner as a bat could is classified as a lethal threat. The old man was STUPID for pulling it, but the kids were even STUPIDER to be having the skateboard in hand like they were gonna swing it at him. I don’t know about anywhere else, but in Texas, If you’re using a blunt object or any kind of potential weapon against another, they are allowed to use lethal force to protect themselves. They weren’t swinging at him, but If they did, I would’ve been all for the old man. But as for this video, the old man was wrong and is brandishing. You DO NOT pull a gun unless you are 100% sure they were doing you harm and that they needed some speer gold dot HP’s in them. They weren’t attacking him, yet.
